Kingside Housing Solutions was born from personal experience — a deeply personal understanding of what it means to need a second chance and to struggle to find one.
After serving more than 13 years in prison, our founder returned home determined to rebuild his life, contribute to his community, and create a better future. Despite that determination, he quickly encountered one of the greatest barriers facing people in transition: finding safe, stable, and affordable housing.
Closed doors and limited options made it clear that motivation alone is not always enough. Without a dependable place to live, maintaining employment, rebuilding family relationships, achieving financial stability, and planning for the future can become nearly impossible.
That realization became the foundation of Kingside Housing Solutions.
Rather than allowing his experience to define his future, our founder used it to create opportunities for others. Kingside Housing Solutions provides dignified, stable housing for veterans, working professionals, individuals reentering society, and others who are prepared to move forward with purpose.
We believe housing is more than a place to stay. It is the starting point for stability, independence, and lasting change. Most importantly, we believe a person's past should never permanently determine what is possible for their future.
